Quote of the day: “I’d have been dead a long time ago if not for my friends, one of whom had just jumped off the cliff after me.
I’d have been a lot more appreciative if he hadn’t pushed me first." Cassandra Palmer ― Hunt the Moon by Karen Chance

My Most Anticipated Novel of 2011!!! Can you guess?

Before I reveal my MOST anticipated novel of 2011, I'll let you know why it is and give you hints of which one it is.

This novel is a long time waiting. Waiting a few days for an anticipated novel is hard enough, one year can drag out, but two years? That's positively dreadful. Now, it's possible the author was ill, or had important things in their life that came up. - If so, I hope all is now well and I can honestly say I'd wait a few more years for this novel. BUT, since it is about to be released, then I'm glad I won't have to. *smiles*

This 'anticipated' novel of mine was out April, 2009. This particular series is one of my favorites. Top 5 at least. From book one, I was enthralled in this world the author has created and after each novel is finished, began begging for the next.
Two of my favorite male characters ever are in this novel, but one especially is a favorite of mine.

Here's a hint: He's not extremely handsome, but he's all male, has loyalty to those he trusts and talent in his field. He'll stick by the heroine no matter what, but that wasn't always the case. He actually tried to kill her upon first meeting her. Still don't know?
I'll give you another hint: His initials are J P.
I can tell you, I'm looking forward to reading along with him very much. I'm counting down the days until the release.
Which brings us to our next clue. The release date. This novel will be released on June 7th, 2011
Giving you any ideas yet? I'll give you one more hint before I reveal the title.
Last hint:  The heroine has a ghost pal named Billy-Joe.

Now, to reveal the title of My Most Anticipated Novel of 2011!!!

Hunt the Moon (Cassandra Palmer, #5)
Synopsis:
Cassandra Palmer recently defeated a god, which you'd think would buy a girl a little time off. But it doesn't work that way when your job description is Pythia-the world's chief clairvoyant. Cassie is busier than ever, trying to learn about her power, preparing for her upcoming coronation, and figuring out her relationship with the enigmatic sexy master vampire, Mircea.

But someone doesn't want Cassie to become Pythia, and is willing to go to any lengths to make sure the coronation ceremony never happens- including attacking her mother before Cassie is even born.

Did you guess this???
I hope I gave good enough clues, but either way, I just hope others are as excited for this release as me.
I already pre-ordered it.. but if you want to check it out or pre-order it.. do so below!

If you haven't' read this series yet, then I strongly recommend you do!

I said anticipated & anticipation a bunch in this post, haven't I?
Oh, well! I guess I didn't "anticipate" how many times I'd mention the words. ......... *looks around* What? Nothing? *sighs* I tried.

Anyways, I hope you all are excited for this novel as well, so pre-order it now!

Yes, I am completely looking forward to this book. I don't know what my most anticipated is. I have a list of probably 20, I don't know if I can narrow it down to just one

Oh, it wasn't easy to pick just one, but I've been begging for this novel for two years, so I can say it's on my top list! hehe

I think this is a very good way to start a novel off and a very good plot line But i think you should describe the setting more Like is the sun shining or what you feel , what you smell. This is a technique used by writers called Show Don't Tell.
