Trent and Rachel Morgan from the Hollows series by Kim Harrison. I know they're not really, officially a couple, but one can hope right? 

 MacKayla Lane and Jericho Barrons from the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning. I hate that their story is over. Although, I can't wait for Dani's story!!

Cassandra Palmer and Jon Pritkin from the Cassandra Palmer series by Karen Chance! 

Again..not an official couple(YET), but definitely close..but I want closer! hehe
